Work description – Business Development Associates – Internal Sales

A BDA – Internal Sales is a highly motivated person with natural hunger for personal growth. (s)He also believes in a win-win philosophy. The day-to-day work will involve following:

·        Outcall and connect with new prospects in a day and follow up/engage with already contacted leads daily to achieve sales targets.

·        Engage with candidates on telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chat, etc.

·        Building high-quality engagement-driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrolling them in our learning programs

·        Data-Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from lead stage till conversion and building an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM.

·        Focus on High-Quality Sales and adherence to solid sales processes

Work description – Business Development Associates – Marketing Operations

The Business Development Associates – Marketing Operations will be accountable for delivering deep consumer, market and competitor insights. Working closely with the all the other teams, you will be the owner of consumer insights, derived from many different sources (digital performance data, research studies, desk research, secondary research etc.). This will be an individual contribution role with an exciting opportunity to lead the growth strategy for Sophos Knowledge Services and its products in India. The day-to-day work will involve following:

• Extract Consumer Insights
• Customer lead generation
• Handle all Social Media Account for the organization.
• Deeply understand our consumers and create value adding marketing strategies
• Manage and combine different sources, like digital performance and web site data, reviews, local research studies, global research results, desk research and more
• Host and manage various offline events
• Market and Competitor Insights
• Competitor tracking and reporting, process of competitor products and support of global competition analysis
• Work along with other teams: Sales and IT development to deliver best event experience to all potential customers

Work description – Business Development Associates – HR and Office Operations

A BDA – HR and Office Operations is a passionate, dedicated, people-oriented person to oversee all functions of our HR operations and provide support to our employees. As a People and Office Operations person, you will work on all day-to-day activities, executing on all HR and office administrations and be responsible for providing backend support to business operations. You will support the effective functioning of the critical HR processes related to employee lifecycle. The day-to-day work will involve following:

• Communicate and support Work Partner to ensure employee relations policies and procedures are fairly and proportionately applied whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to current practices.
• Responsible for the cover of payroll, ensuring they can compile all monthly payroll data
• Act as a team player with the broader Business team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Providing timely and accurate management information on operational aspects of HR as required.
• Drive and deliver HR excellence in line with KPI’s contributing to improved HR service and Employee Satisfaction.
• Promote Learning and Development activities within the team

• Manage device inventory for the India team – procurement as well as tracking
• Compile and update employee data using internal systems
• Employee leave tracking through internal systems
• Host and assist with any office events

Requirements for all the three profiles:

• Knowledge of management basics.
• Tech savvy, especially in the social media domain.
• Professional proficiency in tools like MS Work, Power-point and Excel
• Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills.
• Language knowledge level requirement:
• • • English – Full professional proficiency (level – 4/5)
    • Hindi – Professional working proficiency (level – 3/5)
    • Any other – Limited working proficiency (level – 2/5)

• Ability to unlearn, learn and relearn.
• High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
