Internship Details

We at Sophos Knowledge Services are looking for energetic and self-motivated Data Science interns
to join our growing heterogeneous team of Designers and Data Scientists. If you’re an ambitious
individual who wants to build a career in Data Science, you want to work with us.

No preset Age/Domain limitation:

We believe that a good Data Science can come from any background, any age group. If you think
you want to learn data science in your mature-hood, we welcome you in the same manner as your
younger friends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Help Lead Data Scientists with Research and Consulting Projects
  2. Assist in Academics Activities
  3. Data Science Content Creation and Curation.
  4. Work in Data Project Operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and various data-handling and visualization libraries like NumPy Pandas
    Matplotlib and Plotly
  • Good Understanding of Machine Learning Algorithms and their implementation with scikit-learn
    and MLXTEND
  • Knowledge about Neural Networks might distinguish the candidate from others, although it is not a
    mandatory requirement
  • Zeal to learn, unlearn and re-learn
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for deadlines and willingness to work with your sleeves rolled up

Qualification needed:

3rd year of Graduation +
Knowledge about Data Science and Machine Learning
