Work Profile Details
We are looking for an enthusiastic & energetic Sales Management Trainee– Digital/Event Sales to join our growing team. The candidate will be required to collaborate and assist in the implementation of various sales strategies at Sophos Knowledge Services and its products/affiliates.

We value previous outside sales experience, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Our top priority is not finding someone with a certain level of education or certain type of work experience, but rather someone sharp, hungry for success, independent-minded, and aligns with our mission and our core values of Ownership, Growth, and Service.

Roles & Requirements:
As an Sales Management Trainee – Digital/Event Sales your day-to-day work will involve the following:

  • Outcall and connect with new prospects in a day and follow up/engage with already contacted leads daily to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with candidates on telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chats, etc.
  • Building high-quality engagement-driven discussions with prospective candidates and enrolling them in our learning programs.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from the lead stage to conversion and building an engagement-based sales model by working effectively on CRM.
  • Focus on High-Quality Sales and adherence to solid sales processes.
  • Achieving monthly sales goals by establishing new clients and re-servicing existing clients.
  • Reporting daily sales activity and results to the sales team manager.
  • Developing relationships & following up with potential clients and prospects.

This position is focused primarily on establishing new clients and starting business accounts, and as your personally established book of business grows, will then shift to upselling and maintaining your existing accounts.

Education & Skill Requirements:

  • BE, B.Tech and MBA (without regard to major)
  • Knowledge of management basics.
  • Outgoing and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized; able to plan and execute it properly with minimal or no supervision.
  • Presents well in both formal and casual business environments.
  • Tech savvy, especially in the social media domain.
  • Professional proficiency in tools like MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills.
  • Language knowledge level requirement:
  • English – Full professional proficiency (level – 4/5)
  • Hindi – Professional working proficiency (level – 4/5)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
